A successful bussines mogul and an illustrious son of Owu kingdom in Abeokuta Otunba Adejare Adegbenro has commiserated with the entire people of Owu kingdom over the passage of His Royal majesty Oba Adegboyega Olusanya Dosunmu, describing the late monarch as an epitome of unity and among the Owus both home and abroad.
Otunba Adejare Adegbenro one of the grand children of late Chief Dauda Soroye Adegbenro the Premier of the defunct Western Region of Nigeria, stated this in a condolence message made available to the press in his reaction to the demise of the Owu monarch.
His words, "as we mourn the glorious pasage of our Royal Father, Oba Adegboyega Olusanya Dosunmu, I wish to send my heartfelt condolence to family, Chiefs, friends and associates and also commiserate with my fellow good people of Owu both home and abroad".
"Oba Dosunmu was a unique Royal father with great achievements who put his vast experience to use for the benefit of Owu kingdom in particular and Abeokuta in general during his memòrable life time ".
Describing the monarch as quintessential Royal father, Otunba Adegbenro who is the son to Chief Niyi Adegbenro another notable and respected Owu Prince and Egba High Chief, recounted his series of memòrable encounters with the late Owu monarch who he described as a confidant adding that the late Owu monarch gave him and his pet project 'Otunba Adejare Adegbenro Foundation' a voluntary Humanitarian Outfits, a special support in the implication of the phillosophic objectives in the provision of needed support for the down trodden in the society.
Otunba Adejare Adegbenro whose bussines organisation 'The Balmoral international limited and DDSS' deals with both security and technologies with chains of client in Banking and Defence sectors added that he would always appreciate the monarch for honouring him with the prestigious Chieftainy title as the 1st OTUNBA LAJE OF OWU KINGDOM in 2019.
Speaking further Otunba Adejare Adegbenro also described the monarch as quintessential National figure who had contributed immensely talent and experience to the production of one of the most popular NTA POPULAR soap opera 'The Village Headmaster "where he teamed up with other veteran actor and actresses in thrilling the numerous viewers to different episodes of the now rested Television programme
"As we mourn the glorious pasage of our Royal father, I want to join all Owu sons and dà ùghteŕs in mourning the exit of our Royal father and I am pleading for the sustainability of the great achievements and legacies left behind by our father.
